What Is Missional Community?
Missional Community is a simple way of following Jesus together. Small communities of people gather regularly in homes and other everyday spaces to share life, build meaningful relationships, discover God's Word, and put it into practice.
It's more than a weekly gathering. It's a way of life where everyday people grow closer to God, care for one another, and live as missionaries right where they are, helping others do the same.
How it Works
Every week follows the same simple, repeatable rhythm: Look Back, Look Down, Look Up, and Look Forward. These four movements help you reflect, connect, discover God's truth, and take practical next steps. Click the video to see how it works.

More Than a Bible Study
Missional Community is designed to help you know Jesus, practice His way, and follow Him into every area of life.
Together, groups explore —Faith, Relationships, Calling, Well-Being, and Finances—all rooted in Jesus and His Kingdom.
Through Discovery Bible Study, 13 Jesus Practices, and weekly BLESSING commitments, you won't just learn together. You'll put what you're learning into practice and intentionally become a blessing to the people around you.
Learn from Jesus. Practice His way. Live it together.

About Us
Missional Community was created by Dustin Doll, John Cox and Jason Doll, a small team of entrepreneurs and movement leaders based in the Kansas City area. For years, we've been passionate about helping people follow Jesus through simple, reproducible disciple-making practices that can spread from person to person and community to community.
Our focus is creating practical tools that help people make disciples, start groups, develop leaders, and multiply healthy simple expressions of Church.
What We Believe
We believe Jesus is the Son of God, sent to save the world and restore us to the Father. God created all things, His Word is true, and the Holy Spirit is alive and active today. We are apprentices of Jesus, committed to being with Him, becoming like Him, and doing what He did.
